Caring People Rescue partners with businesses, municipalities, schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, faith-based groups, workforce teams, and community leaders to expand workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and lifesaving education initiatives throughout Georgia and surrounding regions.
Established in 2023 and authorized through the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC), we equip individuals, organizations, and entire communities with the skills, confidence, and credentials needed to respond effectively during emergencies.

Caring People Rescue is led by two Co-Owners committed to expanding safety education, preparedness, and instructor development across the Southeast.
Kiata Tolbert
Kiata Tolbert is a Certified Instructor, Instructor Trainer, and Co-Owner of Caring People Rescue. She specializes in community safety education, workforce preparedness, and instructor development programs that equip individuals, businesses, families, and organizations with life-saving skills and emergency response confidence.
Her training style emphasizes clarity, preparedness, confidence, and real-world application. Kiata also mentors CPR instructors and collaborates with businesses, community organizations, and public agencies to expand access to safety education throughout Georgia and the surrounding region.
C. Mica Taylor
C. Mica Taylor is a military veteran, Co-Owner, and Lead Instructor Trainer for Caring People Rescue, bringing strong leadership and real-world emergency readiness experience to every training environment.
With extensive experience in CPR, First Aid, and AED instruction, he equips participants with the confidence and practical skills needed to respond effectively in critical situations. His approach emphasizes hands-on learning, clear communication, and preparedness for real-life emergencies.
Supporting, Not Competing
Caring People Rescue values and respects the important work already being done by fire departments, emergency services, public safety teams, and internal training departments. Our goal is not to replace existing programs, but to complement them by expanding safety awareness, preparedness education, and training access to families, youth, seniors, employees, vendors, contractors, and community groups where additional support may be helpful.
